By creating an account or using CitizenBound, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What CitizenBound is

CitizenBound is an educational practice tool that simulates immigration interview-style questions and feedback. It is not legal advice, not a substitute for an immigration attorney, and not affiliated with USCIS or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Practice scores and AI feedback are for learning only. They do not predict interview outcomes and must not be treated as counsel on how to answer questions in a real proceeding.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Your content and data

You retain rights to the information you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that information solely to operate and improve the practice experience, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. You are responsible for the accuracy of case facts you enter or confirm.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service
• Do not misuse AI features to generate unlawful content
• Do not present CitizenBound outputs as legal advice to others

AI and third-party services

Parts of the product use third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify important information with official sources or a qualified attorney.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that practice will result in any immigration benefit or successful interview.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CitizenBound and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss related to immigration outcomes, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, risk, or if we discontinue the product.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we revise this page.
